The endless belt body 10 comprises a start wheel 12 provided at one end part of a frame 11, a guide wheel 14 provided at the other end part, and a belt 15 comprising a plurality of articulation bodies 16 wound around the start wheel 12 and the guide wheel 14. The endless belt body 10 is disposed to be vertical, with the start wheel 12 on the upper side. An angle α formed by a straight part 17 to get in contact with the reformation soil T and an upper surface 7 of the conveyor 6 is set at about 90° from a scraping direction toward the straight part 17.
