Title:
REFORMING APPARATUS FOR FUEL OIL DURING FEED
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06248276
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a fuel oil reforming apparatus capable of improving combustion efficiency and reducing nitrogen oxide by making oil passage formed by sealing and fixing cyclic permanent magnets through an accumulated yoke of magnetic line of force in a cylindrical casing having inlet and outlet of fuel oil and a connecting port communicate with the oil inlet and outlet.

CONSTITUTION: A number of cyclic permanent magnets 21 exhibiting N pole on one face and S pole on the other face, each kept in repelling relationship, having an accumulated yoke 22 of magnetic line of force put between adjacent magnets and mutually closely related are sealed and fixed axially to a cylinder in a cylindrical casing 11 equipped with a connecting port 14 (15) having inlet 22 of fuel oil on one end and the outlet on the other end and oil passage 23 is formed by inner circumferential part of a number of cyclic permanent magnets 21 and the accumulated yoke 22 of magnetic line of force. This oil passage 23 communicates with oil inlet and outlet 20 and a magnetic field enhancing shaft 24 is arranged in the center of axial direction of the oil passage 23 and effective repelling magnetic field corresponding to magnetic flux density is stably created and this magnetic field acts on the fuel oil. Thereby, atomization of oil molecule is promoted and improvement of combustion efficiency, reduction of fuel consumption and reduction of nitrogen oxide are realized and the reformed fuel oil is fed to a combustion system.
