To provide a reforming apparatus with superior heat characteristics for supplying a power generation part (cell) of a fuel cell with hydrogen gas as a fuel.
With a structure for the superior heat characteristics, the reforming apparatus for the fuel cell includes a base member which is equipped with an evaporating part and a reforming part at a side and flow paths for respectively communicating with them. The apparatus also includes heating means for the evaporating part and the reforming part, each attached on another side of the base member in a closely attached manner, a catalyst means provided in the reforming part of the base member and a porous part integrally formed at the side of the heating means in the evaporating part of the base member.
