Title:
REFORMING OF OXIDE NON-SUPERCONDUCTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02260677
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of superconductor in an unwanted part by a method wherein copper ions are implanted into a required part of a non- superconductor formed of the component elements of an oxide superconductor which contains copper to reform the non-superconductor into a superconductor controlling it in composition. CONSTITUTION:YBA2Cu2Ox composed of component elements of an oxide superconductor (YBa, Cu, Ox), which contains less copper as compared with the oxide superconductor, is used as a specimen of an oxide non-superconductor. Cu<+> ions are implanted into the required part of the non-superconductor to reform it into a superconductor controlling it in composition.
