Abstract:
To provide a reforming plant for improving a removal rate of sulfur from an inferior fuel; and to provide a method therefor.
The reforming plant has a desulfurization reactor for desulfurizing a target material of treatment, containing a volatile pH regulator added thereto by a hydrothermal reaction, and an oil separator for separating an oil component from a treated product of the desulfurization reactor as a reformed fuel.
