PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refractory covering material capable of restraining spread of fire through inside of a pipe body.SOLUTION: A refractory covering material 30 is mounted to a pipe body 20 having a resin pipe body with fire retardancy. The refractory covering material 30 comprises an inorganic fiber layer 31 and a non-ventilation layer 32 having a ventilation property and fire resistance.
