To facilitate the transfer of refractory material without damaging it by a method wherein a hanger hung by a wire rope is vertically arranged at the center of an upper surface of a plate and a specified number of anchor bolt insertion holes are equally arranged in an annular form around a peripheral position at the plate spaced in equal distance from the center of the hanger.
A threaded shaft 3a is inserted into a hole 2a formed at the center of an upper surface of a plate 2. The shaft is fastened with a nut 4 from the lower surface of the plate 2 so as to fix a hanger 3 against a plate 1 in a vertical state. At this time, at least three anchor bolt insertion holes 5 are arranged in an annular form around a peripheral position of the plate 2 at equal distances from the center of the hanger 3. In turn, an anchor member 7 having an irregular part 7a at an outer circumference of its lower part and threaded holes 7b at its upper part is buried at the upper end part of the tapping tube 6 in such a manner that it may not be pulled out of it. Then, the anchor bolt insertion holes 5 are aligned with the threaded holes 7b, nuts 9 are threadably fixed to the threaded portions of the anchor 8 projected out of the upper surface of the plate 2 and then the hanger 1 is fixed to the upper part of the tapping tube 6.
