To provide a refractory panel and its manufacturing method excellent in the refractory of a fitting part in the panel in which one cross section shape of the obverse material or the reverse material of a metal plate is in the form of a gutter provided on the fitting part horizontally, the other is made a cross section shape capable of being fitted thereto, and a part between the obverse material and the reverse material is filled with core material such as foaming phenol resin.
Core material of the inside of both fitting parts 4, 4a is made glass fiber glued laminated woods 7, 7a bonded with organic resin 6. After the organic resin 6 is applied on the panel while the long fiber of a plurality of glass fibers 5 is transferred simultaneously and the glass fiber 5 is bonded in the form of a bundle, the side of the fitting parts 4, 4a of the obverse material 1 or the reverse material 2 of the gutter horizontally provided on the fitting parts 4, 4a are filled with the glass fiber 5 and thereafter a part between both the fitting parts 4, 4a is filled with the core material.
