Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of easily composing a refractory structure in which a heat resistant fiber rope(s) is buried inside a castable refractory at an objective arrangement position.SOLUTION: A refractory structure comprises a castable refractory 4 deposited to a construction surface 1a as the surface of a support structure 1 and a support material buried in the castable refractory 4 and supporting the castable refractory 4. The support material comprises one or more heat resistant fiber ropes 3 and one or more hook fixtures capable of hooking the rope(s) 3. The hook fixture(s) projects from the construction surface 1a, and in the heat resistant fiber rope(s) 3, at least a part thereof extends to a direction along the thickness direction of the castable refractory 4. The extension direction is changed by the hooking of at least one of the upper position and the lower position of the extended rope(s) 3 to each hook fixture, and the heat resistant fiber rope(s) 3 has a part extending in a range of 50% or more and 60% or less of the thickness of the castable refractory 4 based on the side of the construction surface 1a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
