Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refreshing drink requiring no sterilization facilities of massiveness or complicated control and capable of being sterilized at low temperature using no raw material which gives a big influence to the flavor of a pH regulator or even if using the raw material, and as a new functional water product, substantially having no difference from mineral water in appearance and flavor through adding e.g. a raw material with a health function to mineral water.
SOLUTION: This refreshing drink contains raw material water and other materials excluding the water and is put in a container sterilized at low temperature. The pH of the refreshing drink is controlled to ≤4.5 by using acidic ion water as the raw material water.
