To improve a construction property of an air conditioning system in relation to the improvement of a security property with respect to refrigerant leakage.SOLUTION: In an air conditioning system 100 (which includes an outdoor unit 10 and a plurality of indoor units 40 connected via refrigerant connection pipelines (La, Ga), and in which the refrigerant connection pipelines include a plurality of indoor side connection pipelines (L2, L3, G2, G3) communicating with the corresponding indoor units 40, and outdoor side connection pipelines (L1, G1) communicating with the plurality of indoor side connection pipelines on the outdoor unit 10 side), a branch pipe unit 50 connects the outdoor side connection pipelines and the plurality of indoor side connection pipelines. The branch unit 50 includes: a first connection pipe part 81 communicating with the outdoor side connection pipeline; a plurality of second connection pipe parts 82 communicating with the corresponding indoor side connection pipelines; a branch pipe part 83 for communicating the first connection pipe part 81 and the plurality of second connection pipe parts 82; and a cut-off valve 84 for cutting off the flow of a refrigerant by being connected to the first connection pipe part 81 and brought into a closed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
