Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant flow passage switching unit preventing step-out of a motor in switching operation of a flow passage selector valve.SOLUTION: In a refrigerant flow passage switching unit 50, a control part 80 can determine from operation information whether or not the temperature of a motor 60 is rising, and therefore, if changing a speed of the motor 60 on the basis of the determination, step-out caused by insufficiency of torque can be avoided. Specifically, when switching a refrigerant flow "from a heating operation state to a cooling operation state", as this leads to driving of the motor 60 whose temperature is rising, the motor 60 is driven at a lower speed than a predetermined speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
