To provide a refrigerant cycle device capable of accurately detecting pressure inversion phenomenon generated in a compression element of a compressor of multistage compression type at low cost.
This refrigerant cycle device is provided with a temperature sensor 103 detecting temperature of discharged refrigerant of a first rotary compression element 32 of the rotary compressor 10 and a temperature sensor 104 detecting temperature of discharged refrigerant of a second rotary compression element 34. A controller 102 detects inversion of discharged refrigerant pressure of the first rotary compression element 32 and discharged refrigerant pressure of the second rotary compression element 34 based on outputs of both temperature sensors 103, 104.
