Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the stagnation of oil within a refrigerant evaporator.SOLUTION: A refrigerant evaporator 1 is configured so that a windward upper tank section 12 has a first independent flow passage 12b and a second independent flow passage 12c in which refrigerant flowing from a first windward core section 11a and refrigerant flowing from a second windward core section 11b flow to a refrigerant outlet section 12a independently. With this configuration, when a flow rate of the refrigerant necessary for heat exchange is low, liquid-phase refrigerant which has not been completely evaporated by a windward evaporation section 10 out of liquid-phase refrigerant flowing into the second windward core section 11b can be prevented from falling to the first windward core section 11a when the liquid-phase refrigerant flows within the windward upper tank section 12 to the refrigerant outlet section 12a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
