PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant heat exchanger which can surely prevent a backflow of liquid to a compressor without increasing a manufacturing cost, reduce a power loss by reducing a pressure loss of a refrigerant gas, and also reduce a refrigerant amount.SOLUTION: A refrigerant heat exchanger 24 comprises a cylindrical hollow vessel 50 in which a first introduction port 56 into which a first refrigerant is introduced, a first derivation port 64 from which the first refrigerant which is evaporated therein is derived, a second refrigerant introduction port 70, and a second derivation port 76 are formed; a plate polymer 52 which is arranged in the hollow housing, and forms heat exchanging flow passages of the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant at a front surface and a rear surface; a hollow housing 68 having refrigerant gas introduction holes formed at an upper face wall and a refrigerant gas derivation pipe 66 in an upper space; a second refrigerant introduction passage 74; and a refrigerant derivation passage 80. The upper face wall of the hollow housing is oppositely arranged at an internal face of an upper wall while approximating the internal face, and extended in an axial direction of the cylindrical hollow vessel, and a plurality of the refrigerant introduction holes are formed at the upper face wall with intervals in an axial direction of the cylindrical hollow vessel.
