To heat a refrigerant in a liquid state in an accumulator without requiring energy from the outside of a refrigerating cycle device.
A refrigerant heating system for a refrigerating cycle device includes the refrigerating cycle device, a heat storage material, and a heat pipe. The refrigerating cycle device includes a compressor, a condenser, a decompressing mechanism part, an evaporator and an accumulator which are annularly connected by a refrigerant duct. The heat storage material is arranged around the compressor and accumulates exhaust heat from the compressor. The heat pipe is disposed in contact with the heat storage material around the compressor, and both ends of the heat pipe are introduced into the accumulator to transfer heat accumulated in the heat storage material into the accumulator.
