Abstract:
To repetitively use a refrigerant by allowing a user using the refrigerant to participate recycling of the refrigerant.SOLUTION: A refrigerant managing system 1 includes: a refrigerant replacement device 10 installed in a store 2; a lend-out acceptance unit which accepts lend-out and return of a refrigerant 3 by the refrigerant replacement device 10; a refrigerant management unit which implements authentication of a user, allows the lend-out acceptance unit to accept lend-out of the refrigerant 3 or return of the refrigerant 3 when the authentication is successful, and generates or updates lend-out history information; and a credit processing unit which gives a user a credit having a use value usable at the store 2 on the basis of the lend-out history information when the refrigerant 3 is returned to the refrigerant replacement device 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
