Abstract:
To obtain a refrigerant which is excellent in water solubility and delayed expression and durability of coolness.
This refrigerant comprises an N,N,N-trimethylglycine menthyl ester salt of formula (I) (wherein X- is an anion) and optionally further comprises at least one coolness conditioner selected from the group consisting of 1-menthol, menthyl lactate and menthyl glyceryl ether.
