Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerated warehouse with a disaster mitigation measure capable of protecting refrigerated goods from a tsunami for a fishery processing facility which is likely to be constructed in a sea-side district.SOLUTION: In a multi-storied refrigerated warehouse, columns on a lower floor including at least a first floor are structural columns and, in contrast, at least a portion of outer walls of the lower floor is a nonstructural wall. The multi-storied refrigerated warehouse has: a refrigerating room 21 arranged on a second floor 20 which is a floor above the lower floor; a freezing facility installed on the first floor; and a refrigerating machine for the refrigerating room 21 installed in a machine room on a fourth floor 40 which is the floor above the second floor 20 where the refrigerating room 21 is installed.
