To obtain a refrigerating air conditioner preventing decline in a circulating flow rate in a refrigerant circuit caused by increase in liquid refrigerant amount in gas piping by optimizing a refrigerant flow rate made to flow in a refrigerant heat exchanger and optimizing dryness of a refrigerant in gas refrigerant piping during piping cleaning after replacement of a refrigerating air conditioning unit and capable of promptly completing piping cleaning while performing heating operation.
In the refrigerating air conditioner 1, in the case where existing piping is cleaned while heating operation is performed after replacement of the refrigerating air conditioning unit, the refrigerant heat exchanger 17 for exchanging heat between part of a refrigerant of liquid refrigerant piping 5 and a refrigerant of the gas refrigerant piping 4 is provided and heat exchange amount of the refrigerant heat exchanger 17 is adjusted. Thus, dryness of the refrigerant in the gas refrigerant piping 4 after heat exchange by the refrigerant heat exchanger 17 is optimized.
