To prevent reduction of cooling capacity during cooling operation, to prevent a stop of a compressor on the air-conditioning side through high pressure protection during cooling operation on an excessive load condition, and to save energy.
This refrigerating air-conditioning device comprises a heat recovery heat-exchanger 30 wherein a fin is commonly used by a refrigerating circuit 61 and an air-conditioning circuit 60 and a heat transfer pipe of each circuit inserted in the fin is arranged in a zigzagging state; an air-conditioning circuit 60 formed that a compressor 1 on the air-conditioning side, a four-way valve 2, a heat recovery heat- exchanger 30, an outdoor heat-exchanger 5 on the air-conditioning side, an outdoor expansion valve 4, an indoor expansion valve 8, and an indoor heat-exchanger 9 are interconnected; and a refrigerating circuit 61 formed in such condition that a compressor 20 on the refrigerating side, a heat recovery heat-exchanger 30, an outdoor heat- exchanger 21 on the refrigerating side, a show case expansion valve 24, and a show case evaporator 25 are interconnected. The outdoor heat-exchanger on the air- conditioning side performs heat-exchange equal to that when the refrigerating circuit 61 and the air-conditioning circuit 60 are respectively operated alone and effects heat exhaust, and avoids lowering of air-conditioning capacity during cooling operation and a stop of the compressor 1 on the air-conditioning side.
