In a control method of this refrigerating cycle device, the evaporator inlet temperature detecting means 105 is disposed at the inlet of the evaporator 104, the evaporator outlet temperature detecting means 106 is disposed at the outlet of the evaporator 104, and the operation of the compressor 101 is controlled to be reduced in comparison with the normal operation, when the temperature difference is more than a certain value, thus the specific quantity of oil can be surely secured in the expander 103, and defective operation of the expander 103 can be prevented.
