To prevent liquid compression in a compressor by allowing liquid refrigerant in oil separated by an oil separating mechanism to be evaporated and then sucked by the compressor, in a refrigerating cycle device.
This refrigerating cycle device is composed of the compressor 1, a radiator 2, an expanding mechanism 3, an evaporator 4, a second oil separating mechanism 15 mounted between the expanding mechanism 3 and the evaporator 4, and a first oil separating mechanism 13 mounted between the compressor 1 and the radiator 2. The refrigerating cycle of an embodiment of this invention is provided with a first oil return flow channel 9 for returning the oil of high temperature separated by the first oil separating mechanism 13 to the compressor 1, and a second oil return flow channel 14 for returning the oil separated by the second oil separating mechanism 15 to the compressor 1 while bypassing the evaporator 4, and the oil in the first oil return flow channel 9 and the oil in the second oil return flow channel 14 are joined, then connected with outlet refrigerant piping of the evaporator 4 and sucked by the compressor 1.
