A throttle mechanism 15 with a bypass function is arranged in a radiator 12 downstream side and a temperature type expansion valve 16 upstream side. During normal operation, a coolant pressure reducing effect is not exercised in the throttle mechanism 15 by the bypass function, and when a deliver coolant pressure Pd of a compressor 11 becomes a predetermined reference pressure PA or more, the coolant pressure reducing effect is exercised in the throttle mechanism 15. By this, since an endoergic capability of coolant in an evaporator 17 is lowered by the coolant pressure reducing effect of the throttle mechanism 15, and the delivery coolant pressure Pd can be lowered, even if a high pressure side coolant pressure rises when an outside air temperature is high, operation of the refrigerating cycle device can be continued, and the refrigerating capability can be exercised.
