To exercise a predetermined refrigerating capacity by promptly opening an expansion valve even by increasing an air blowing amount during low load operation in a refrigerating cycle composed such that existence/nonexistence of operation of an evaporator can be changed by on/off of a blower.

In the refrigerating cycle 1, by providing a differential pressure regulating valve 9 between the temperature type expansion valve 5 and the evaporator 6 and suppressing a temperature drop of a body 11, even when the air blowing amount of the blower 7 is increased during the low load operation, the temperature type expansion valve 5 can be promptly opened, and the predetermined refrigerating capacity can be exercised.
