This refrigerating device (10) for the container, includes a refrigerant circuit (20), and an inside fan (36) constituted to supply the inside air exchanging heat by an evaporator (33) into the container, and variable in a rotational frequency. The refrigerating device further includes a fan control part (104) lowering a rotational frequency of the inside fan (36) when a temperature inside of the container is stabilized, and a rotational frequency control part (102) lowering an operation rotational frequency N of a compressor (30) so that the temperature inside of the container reaches a target temperature in accompany with the lowering of the rotational frequency of the inside fan (36) by the fan control part (104).
