In a refrigerating device having an evaporator 6 for refrigeration or deep freezing connected in parallel to a heat-exchanger 5 on the utilization side for indoor air-conditioning, the refrigerating device is constituted that a refrigerant decreased in a pressure by a pressure reducing mechanism 4 during heating and cooling operation is supplied to the evaporator 6 and the heat- exchanger 3 on the heat source side. During cooling operation, the heat- exchanger 3 on the heat source side is operated as a condenser and meanwhile, the heat-exchanger 5 on the utilizing side is operated as the evaporator to perform cooling of the interior of a room and refrigerate commercial goods by the evaporator 6. During heating operation, the heat-exchanger 3 on the heat source side is operated as the evaporator and meanwhile, the heat- exchanger 5 on the utilizing side is operated as a condenser to perform heating of the interior of a room and perform refrigeration of commercial goods by the evaporator 6.
