To perform dehumidification without excessively lowering temperature in a space where a heat exchanger 42 for refrigerating is installed, in a refrigerating device which comprises a high stage-side compressing mechanism 11, a low stage-side compressing mechanism 51, a heat exchanger 32 for freezing and the heat exchanger 42 for refrigerating, and in which the heat exchanger 32 for freezing performs a freezing operation, and the heat exchanger 42 for refrigerating performs a refrigerating operation.
This refrigerating device comprises a first refrigerant passage 47 communicating a discharge tube 52 disposed in the low stage-side compressing mechanism 51 and a branch tube 48 disposed between the expansion valve 41 for refrigerating and the heat exchanger 42 for refrigerating, and an auxiliary heat exchanger 46 is disposed in the first refrigerant passage 47.
