To suppress degradation of a cooling capacity of a refrigerating device caused by failure of a fan motor.

This refrigerating device includes first and second refrigerant circuits 10, 20, first and second temperature sensors detecting inside temperatures, first and second fans 14, 24, the first and second fan motors 14a, 24a, third and forth temperature sensors detecting temperatures of the fan motors, a detecting device for detecting electric current of the fan motors, and a control device. First and second evaporators 16, 26 are disposed to simultaneously cool the inside, the fans are arranged in parallel so that the air can be distributed to condensers successively disposed in adjacent to each other in the same air trunk, the control device independently controls operations of first and second compressors 11, 12 according to detection output of the first and second temperature sensors, independently controls operations of the fan motors according to detection outputs of the third and forth temperature sensors, and further monitors an operating state of the fan motors on the basis of the detection output of the detecting device to notify of the failure of the fan motors.
