Title:
REFRIGERATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010230258
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a technology for preventing defective cooling by detecting the clogging of a second electric expansion valve, in a refrigerating device of a constitution that a refrigerant compressed by a compressor is divided to flow to a first refrigerant flow channel having a first electric expansion valve, and a second refrigerant flow channel having the second electric expansion valve and an evaporator through a discharger, and the refrigerant flowing in the first refrigerant flow channel and the refrigerant flowing in the second refrigerant flow channel exchange heat as in the case that a second pressure reducer in the second refrigerant flow channel (main circuit) is clogged due to dust included in a refrigerant circulation passage, the normal refrigerant flow rate cannot be controlled, defective cooling occurs in a part to be cooled (for example, inside of freezer), and the freshness of frozen food may be deteriorated in the freezer.

When a temperature of an outlet side of the first electric expansion valve, a temperature at an inlet side of the heat exchanger or a temperature at an outlet side of the heat exchanger of the refrigerant flowing in the first refrigerant flow channel, is lowered in comparison with a prescribed temperature, a valve opening of the second electric expansion valve is increased to a prescribed value by a control part.
