During cooling operation of the refrigerating device (10), refrigerants discharged from the first to third compressors (40a, 40b, 40c) flow into an outdoor heat exchanger (44) to be condensed, and a refrigerant vaporized by a heat exchanger (81) for air conditioning is sucked in the third compressor (40c). The controller (200) of the refrigerating device (10) compulsorily contracts the opening of an expansion valve (82) for air conditioning when a measurement value of a high pressure sensor (70) exceeds a prescribed pressure reference value.
