To provide a refrigerating device capable of quickly collecting a refrigerant in a refrigerant circuit at the stop of a compressor into an expansion tank and reducing a load added to the compressor in restarting.

The refrigerating device 1 comprises the refrigerant circuit 38 for condensing the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 20 and then evaporating the same to exert cooling effect, and the expansion tank 65 connected to a pipe 20S at a suction side of the compressor 20 through a capillary tube 66. A check valve 67 for allowing flow of the refrigerant to only the expansion tank is provided in parallel with the capillary tube 66.
