Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of keeping a cooling state continuously for a long time.SOLUTION: A refrigerator of the invention includes: a front freezer 2 cooling a first cooling stage 7; and two adsorption freezers 3 and 4 provided in parallel between the first stage 7 and a second stage 8, and cooling the second stage 8. The adsorption freezers 3 and 4 respectively include: adsorbers 10 and 20 including adsorbents 16 and 26 that can adsorb and desorb refrigerant and heaters 17 and 27; condensing/evaporating containers 11 and 21 connected to the adsorbers 10 and 20 through tubes 12 and 22, and condensing and evaporating the refrigerant; upper heat switches 13 and 23 switching a state between the first cooling stage 7 and the adsorbers 10 and 20 to either a heat conduction state or a heat insulation state; and lower heat switches 14 and 24 switching a state between the condensing/evaporating containers 11 and 12 and the second cooling stage to either the heat conduction state or the heat insulation state.
