PURPOSE: To provide a refrigerating equipment capable of preventing room temperature from being increased by discharging heat when an automatic vending machine having a large commodity storing space is installed in a room.

CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator 9 for generating cold air C is arranged on the outside of an automatic vending machine body 1 and the cold air C is sent through a connection duct 10 to cool commodities in a stock. Since the refrigerator 9 is arranged on a position B separated from a position A on which the body 1 is installed, the rise of room temperature and the reduction of noise on the position A can be attained and the number of commodities to be charged in the body 1 can be increased by the separate installation of refrigerator 9.
