PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a wall face of a refrigerating device chamber against heat of a heater installed in a refrigerating device.
SOLUTION: The refrigerating device chamber 20 is formed by placing a dome-shaped cover 22 made of expanded polystyrene on a base 21 made of the same material and the refrigerating device 25 is housed in the interior thereof. The refrigerating device 25 is provided with a heater 30 for defrosting and is further provided with a drain pan 48 on a bottom face. A heat radiating member 55 made of a material having a good heat conductance is interposed between the installation position of the heater 30 and the cover 22. Even though both end parts protruding from the refrigerating device 25 are heated to a high temperature when the heater 30 is heated for defrosting, heat from the end parts is received by end plates 61 of the radiating member 55 disposed ahead of the end parts and then is radiated around while being conducted to the whole region of the member 55. As a result, the cover 22 constituting the wall of the refrigerating device chamber 20 is prevented from being heated partially so that thermal deformation, fusion and the like are avoided.
