To provide a refrigerating storage shed having good workability and reduced cost while preventing the melting of a wall located above a shed lamp in a lighting room.

The refrigerating storage shed comprises a mounting member 23 having a fitting protruded portion 36 formed on a top surface above the shed lamp 21 provided inside and mounted on the ceiling of a storage room 6a, a duct cover 24 having a fitting protruded portion 31, to which the fitting protruded portion 36 is fitted upward via a fitting hole 30, and mounted on the mounting member 23 for allowing the flow of cold air from a cooler to the periphery of the fitting protruded portion 31, and an aluminum tape 39 having a high radiating effect and pasted to the upper face of the fitting protruded portion 36 of the mounting member 23.
