The accumulator 70 has: a casing 71 forming an internal space which separates a refrigerant into gas and liquid, and also stores a surplus refrigerant; an inlet tube 72; and an outlet tube 73. An aperture at a forefront of the inlet tube 72 is in a height position at only a dimension of 0-0.3 time of a height dimension of the internal space away from the bottom of the internal space.
