During carry-in, an inlet side opening/closing door 9 is opened in the closed state of an accordion curtain 15 and a pallet 4 is placed on a chain conveyor 13 in a carry-in part 11. Then, the pallet 4 is carried between the inlet side opening/closing door 9 and the accordion curtain 15 via the chain conveyor 13 and the inlet side opening/closing door 9 is closed. After the accordion curtain 15 is opened and the pallet 4 is carried further to the corner of a warehouse body 8, the curtain 15 is closed for refrigerating storage. During carry-out, after an accordion curtain 16 is opened in the closed state of an outlet side opening/closing door 10 and the pallet 4 is carried between the outlet side opening/closing door 10 and the accordion curtain 16, the curtain 16 is closed, the outlet side opening/closing door 10 is opened and the pallet 4 is carried to a carry-out part 12.
