To provide a refrigeration cycle controlling device capable of reducing compressor power (electric power) in a state that heating power is excessive even when a rotating speed Nc of a compressor 21 has the minimum rotating frequency.
In a case when the excessive heating power is detected in a first indoor heat exchanger 22 by an excessive power detecting means, a throttle valve control means lowers the high-pressure of a refrigerating cycle 3 by controlling the valve opening of a second variable throttle valve 26. Though the heating power in normal operation is controlled on the basis of the rotating speed Nc of the compressor 21, the heating power can be reduced by lowering the high pressure, in a case when the excessive heating power is determined, and the rotating speed Nc is lowered by the minimum rotating speed, and the power of the compressor 21 can be also reduced.
