To provide a refrigeration cycle device in which the power of a compressor can be reduced at a refrigeration cycle accompanying a heating medium circuit including an outside heat source.
A refrigeration cycle device comprises: a refrigerant circuit 2 which comprises a first cooler 23 and a second cooler 24; a refrigerant bypass circuit 3 which passes through the first cooler 23; a heating medium circuit 4 which comprises the second cooler 24, an evaporator 25, and an external heat source heat exchanger 26; and a controller 10a which controls a main expansion valve EV1 in the refrigerant circuit 2, a bypass expansion valve EV2 in the refrigerant bypass circuit 3, and a bypass two-way valve EV3 in the heating medium circuit 4. When a heating medium temperature Tb1 at the side of an entrance of the heating medium circuit of the second cooler 24 is lower than a refrigerant temperature Tr1 at the side of an entrance of the refrigerant circuit of the second cooler 24, the bypass two-way valve EV3 is controlled so that the flow rate of a heating medium flowing into the second cooler 24 of the heating medium circuit increases.
