An outdoor unit having a compressor a, a four-way valve b, an indoor heat exchanger c, an outdoor liquid check valve f, an outdoor gas check valve 1 and an indoor unit having an indoor heat exchanger j are connected with a liquid pipe g and a gas pipe k, and filtration devices 44 having refrigerant flow ports 48, 49 at both ends are provided between the outdoor liquid check valve and the liquid pipe, and between the outdoor gas check valve and the gas pipe, respectively. The filtration device is provided with: a first filter 41 for collecting solid foreign objects; a second filter 42 provided inside the first filter, having a first opening 46 at its one end and a second opening 47 having an opening area smaller than that of the first opening at the other end, and having the opening area reduced from the first opening toward the second opening; and a support 43 for fixing the first opening of the second filter and the first filter. In the filtration device, the first opening of the second filter is provided and opened toward a refrigerant flow port 48 on the indoor unit side.
