The establishment of a plurality of decompression devices, of the internal heat exchanger for heat exchange between an intermediate pressure coolant and a low pressure coolant, and of the gas-liquid separator can maintain the pressure of the intermediate pressure coolant at a constant level and stabilize a pressure difference between the intermediate pressure and the low pressure.
