A flow of a refrigerant discharged from a compressor 11 is branched at a first branch part 12a, heat is exchanged between one of the branched refrigerant and blowing air for indoor by an indoor condenser 13, and heat is exchanged between the other branched refrigerant and blowing air for a battery by a battery heat exchanger 15. Then, the refrigerant flowing out from the indoor compressor 13 and the refrigerant flowing out from the battery heat exchanger 15 are merged at a first merging part 12b. A flow rate adjusting valve 14 for adjusting a refrigerant flow rate distributing through a low pressure loss side refrigerant passage is arranged on a low pressure loss side refrigerant passage with a small passage pressure loss out of a first refrigerant passage R1 from the first branch part 12a through the indoor condenser 13 to the first merging part 12b and a second refrigerant passage R2 from the first branch part 12a through the battery heat exchanger 15 to the first merging part 12b.
