Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device capable of improving efficiency while avoiding complication of a structure and an increase in device size.SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle device 1 comprises: a refrigerant circuit 100 in which a compressor 10, a condenser 30, an electronic expansion valve 40, and an evaporator 50 are connected into an annular shape in this order and in which a refrigerant circulates; an oil separator 20 provided downstream of the compressor 10 and upstream of the condenser 30 and separating oil discharged from the compressor 10 from the refrigerant; an oil return circuit 70 connecting the oil separator 20 to a merger portion 71 provided downstream of the evaporator 50 and upstream of the compressor 10 and merging the oil separated by the oil separator 20 with the refrigerant in the merger portion 71 to return the oil to the compressor 10; and a controller 60 controlling the electronic expansion valve 40 on the basis of an overheat degree of the inlet refrigerant merged with the oil in the merger portion 71 and attracted into the compressor 10.
