Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration device using a triple tube heat exchanger capable of improving a refrigerating capability by overcooling high-pressure liquid refrigerant.SOLUTION: A refrigeration device including a closed-loop refrigerant circulation circuit constituted by connecting at least a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a triple tube heat exchanger 3, an expansion valve (a decompressor) 4, a gas-liquid separator 5, and an evaporator 6 in series by refrigerant piping elements L1 to L6, is configured so that liquid refrigerant directed from the condenser 2 to the expansion valve 4 passes through a first outer channel of the triple tube heat exchanger 3, gas refrigerant separated by the gas-liquid separator 5 passes through an inner channel of the triple tube heat exchanger 3 from a refrigerant piping element L9, the gas refrigerant evaporated by the evaporator 6 passes through a second outer channel of the triple tube heat exchanger 3 from a refrigerant piping element L5, the gas refrigerant passing through the second outer channel merges with the gas refrigerant passing through the inner channel in refrigerant piping elements L6 and L10, and so that the resultant gas refrigerant is introduced into the compressor 1.
