To provide a refrigeration device in which a refrigerator oil stored in a refrigerator container is returned to a compressor.
A refrigeration device includes a refrigerant circuit (10) and a pressure adjustment mechanism (55). The refrigerant circuit (10) is connected with compressors (20, 60), radiators (2a, 3a, 4a, 44), expansion mechanisms (30, 75), and refrigerant containers (51, 54) each storing a liquid refrigerant from the expansion mechanisms (30, 75) such that the refrigerant circulates therein to perform a refrigeration cycle and the refrigerant contains refrigerant oil. The pressure adjustment mechanism (55) adjusts a pressure in the refrigerant containers (51, 54) such that a temperature of the liquid refrigerant in the refrigerant containers (51, 54) becomes higher than a temperature (Ta) at which a density of the liquid refrigerant is made equal to that of the refrigerator oil contained in the liquid refrigerant.
