PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration device capable of improving responsiveness of superheat degree control, even when there is a portion to which a heat source side heat exchanger is directly connected during a heating operation, by performing a cooling operation and a heating operation by performing a multi-stage compression.SOLUTION: During a cooling operation, a second outdoor heat exchanger 42 is functioned as a cooler of a refrigerant which is discharged from a second compression part 22 and has passed through a second oil separator 32a. During a heating operation, the refrigerant which has passed through first, second indoor heat exchangers 12a, 12b is allowed to pass a second outdoor expansion valve 47, the second outdoor heat exchanger 42 functioning as an evaporator of the refrigerant, the second oil separator 32a, a first outdoor expansion valve 46, and a first outdoor heat exchanger 41 functioning as the evaporator for the refrigerator in this order. A control unit 7, during the heating operation, controls a superheat degree of the refrigerant flowing on a downstream side of the first outdoor heat exchanger 41 by adjusting a valve opening of the second outdoor expansion valve 47 and the first outdoor expansion valve 46.
