Provided is a refrigerating plant which comprises a refrigerant loop and a flow path switching portion. The refrigerant loop is provided with a first refrigerant flow path including a first pipe path for guiding a gaseous refrigerant into a first storeroom internal heat exchanger, a second pipe path for guiding a liquid refrigerant from the first storeroom internal heat exchanger into a storeroom external heat exchanger, and a third second pipe path for guiding a supercooling refrigerant from the storeroom external heat exchange into a second storeroom internal heat exchanger; a second refrigerant flow path including a fourth pipe path for branching and guiding gaseous refrigerants into first and second storeroom internal heat exchangers and guiding into a fourth pipe, and a fifth pipe path for guiding the liquid refrigerants from first and second storeroom internal heat exchangers into a storeroom external heat exchanger; a third refrigerant flow path including a sixth pipe path for guiding the gaseous refrigerant into the storeroom external heat exchanger, and a seventh pipe path for branching and guiding the liquid refrigerant from the storeroom external heat exchanger into the first and second storeroom internal heat exchangers ; and a flow path switching portion selectively switching first, second and third flow paths.
