To provide an outdoor unit of a freezer which enables easy maintenance of a maintenance component.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit (2) of a freezer (1) includes: a second cooling portion (38) of a second cooling circuit (35); an outdoor control unit (50) which is subject to maintenance; an outdoor unit casing (11) which houses the second cooling portion (34) and the outdoor control unit (50) and has an opening (16a) for access to the outdoor control unit (50). The second cooling portion (38) may be moved to a position such that the second cooling portion (38) does not block the access to the outdoor control unit (50) through the opening (16a).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
