Abstract:
A refrigeration facility (1) is provided with: a refrigeration space (12) placed at below freezing; a heat exchanger (13) for cooling the refrigeration space (12) and bringing the refrigeration space (12) to below freezing; an electroconductive conveyance device (15) disposed in the refrigeration space (12), on which a food and drink product (XA1) is mounted; casters (26) for isolating the conveyance device (15) from a floor surface (17), a side surface (18), and a ceiling surface (19) forming the refrigeration space (12); a power source terminal (30) connected to the conveyance device (15); a power source device (16) for applying an alternating-current voltage and a direct-current voltage simultaneously to the food and drink product (XA1) via the power source terminal (30); and a control device (22) for controlling the alternating-current voltage value and the direct-current voltage value applied to the food and drink product (XA1) by the power source device (16) while referencing each of the alternating-current current value and the direct-current current value or the alternating-current voltage value and the direct-current voltage value supplied by the power source terminal (30). This refrigeration facility (10) places the food and drink product (XA1) in a supercooled state.
